Voluntary prior information

Specialfastigheter Sverige AB intends to enter into an agreement with Hypergene AB for licenses and management of their system, following a negotiated procedure without prior advertisement. Specialfastigheter already has a customer-specific installation of the Hypergene system and requires support and management to ensure its continued satisfactory operation. The agreement will be for an initial term of 2 years, with an option to extend for an additional year. Due to technical reasons and exclusive rights, the requested services can only be provided by a specific supplier, as per the Public Procurement Act (LOU 2016:1145, Chapter 6, Section 14, points 2 and 3). Consequently, voluntary prior information is being published in accordance with Chapter 10, Section 5 of the LOU. A standstill period will be in effect until March 9, 2026, before the contract is awarded.
