Original language: GermanDer Ausschreibungsgegenstand des Loses 1 umfassen: • Gestaltung einer innovativen Kultur- und Leadershipinitiative • Konkrete Vorschläge zur Aus-/Neugestaltung des Konzeptes • Entwicklung & Umsetzung von Führungskräfteentwicklungsmaßnahmen zur Befähigung, Beteiligung und Begleitung der Führungskräfte • Gestaltung von Themen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Führungsmannschaft über alle Hierarchieebenen • Nachhaltige Veränderungen der Glaubenssätze und Verhaltensmuster einer in langjähriger Hierarchie erprobten Führungsmannschaft • Begleitung/Beratung/Coaching/Befähigung aller Stakeholder in der unternehmerischen und persönlichen Transformation mit dem Ziel, messbar optimierte Geschäftsergebnisse zu erzielen • Begleitung/Beratung/Coaching/Befähigung der Geschäftsführung zu deren Rolle, Aufgabe, Verantwortung und konkret gefordertem Führungsverhalten im Veränderungs- und Entwick-lungsprozess der Organisation und ihrer Führungskräfte • Agiles Vorgehen im gesamten Entwicklungsprozess durch Anpassung der geplanten Maßnahmen/Initiierung neuer Maßnahmen aufgrund sich verändernder Bedarfe der Organisation • Identifikation/Adressierung notwendiger Abstimmungsbedarfe zwischen den verschiedenen Stakeholdern innerhalb der Organisation • Beratung von Stakeholdern (GF, FK-Entwicklung, Organisationsentwicklung, Interne Kommunikation) über das gesamte Projekt • Mitwirkung Projektsitzungen, wenn notwendig Näheres ist den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen. Es soll eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer abgeschlossen werden. Über die Regelvertragslaufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung der Bekanntmachung schätzt der Auftraggeber einen Auftragswert von 400.000,00 Euro (netto). Der Höchstwert für dieses Vergabeverfahrens beträgt ebenfalls 400.000,00 Euro (netto) festgelegt.
