Description

Ergänzend hat eine Mitarbeiterbefragung Entwicklungsbedarfe insbesondere hinsichtlich: -Führungsqualität, -interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit, -Kommunikations- und Vernetzungsstrukturen, -bereichsübergreifender Kooperation, -sowie eines gemeinsamen Führungsverständnisses aufgezeigt. Ziel des Projektes ist die nachhaltige Einführung und organisationsweite Verankerung einer einheitlichen, multiprofessionell getragenen Führungskultur. Der Bedarf betrifft ca. 300 Führungskräfte innerhalb des UKS.
