Aanleiding De gemeente Midden-Groningen heeft een nieuw generiek systeem voor het sociaal domein, X-Works, in gebruik genomen. Hierdoor is optimale ondersteuning aan de inwoners en de gemeentelijke medewerkers (binnen de WMO, Werk&Inkomen en Regie&Toegang domeinen) mogelijk. Opdracht Voor onze organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren applicatiebeheerder die ons maximaal 24 uur per week kan ondersteunen bij de verdere ingebruikname van X-Works, een nieuw applicatie voor het sociaal domein. Als applicatiebeheerder X-Works werk je nauw samen met de andere applicatiebeheerders. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit: - Je geeft ondersteuning over de werking van de nieuwe applicatie en de toepassingsmogelijkheden en je bent het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt en sparringpartner voor interne applicatiebeheerders met vragen over X-Works; - Je analyseert gebruikerswensen en bestaande bedrijfsprocessen zorgt voor de inrichting hiervan in X-Works; - Je verzorgt functionele inrichting van de nieuwe applicatie (o.a. werkprocessen, documenten en brieven, tabellen, koppelingen, autorisaties, statistieken); - Je richt de benodigde rapportages en managementinformatie binnen X-Works in;- Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van dashboards in PowerBI;- Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van een klantportaal; - Je verzorgt, samen met de leverancier, gebruikerstrainingen en stelt handleidingen op.
