The consulting firm will also offer participating fund managers a gender assessment and benchmarking tool for their portfolio companies — measuring leadership, workforce, HR policies, and supply chain against the 2X Criteria and other good practices in preparation for 2X Certification — and develop an interactive, playbook-style knowledge product capturing lessons learned and key insights from the program. The work aims to strengthen gender-lens investing practices, channel more capital to women-owned/led businesses in emerging
markets, and
increase diversity and inclusion within fund managers' teams and portfolio companies. The assignment is expected to be undertaken over a period of approximately
