Original language: GermanDas Gebäude der Hauptverwaltung der BG BAU wird umgebaut und modernisiert. Der Umfang der geplanten Arbeiten erstreckt sich in einer ersten übergeordneten Bauphase auf die Entkernungs- und Sanierungsarbeiten in den Bauteilen (BT) "Altbau - AB" (Hausnummer 29-30), "Neubau - NB" (Hausnummer 28) und "Gartenhaus - GH" (im Innenhof). Die Umbaumaßnahmen (d.h. Innenausbau, umfangreiche TGA-, Fassaden- und Außenanlagenmaßnahmen) sollen im Anschluss erfolgen. Die Baumaßnahmen in der ersten Bauphase wurden zwischen April und Dezember 2025/Januar 2026 durchgeführt. Die zu erbingenden Bauleistung umfasst die Fundamentunterfangungen (Rückbau-/Abbrucharbeiten und Düsenstrahlarbeiten). —— Ausführungszeiten: 01.04.2026 — Abnahmereife Fertigstellung: 31.07.2026
