Original language: GermanDie gesamthaft ausgeschriebenen Arbeiten beinhalten die Baumeisterarbeiten zur Erstellung des Leitungsgrabens für die Wasserleitung, die Fernwärmeleitung und der Kabelschutzrohre, sowie für den Strassenbau der Etappe 1 (Fussgänger- und Veloverkehrsverbindung). Parallel dazu erfolgen die Verlegearbeiten der Wasserleitung durch den Sanitär und der Fernwärmerohre durch den Rohrmontagebauer. Dies benötigt Zeit und muss im Bauprogramm/Bauablauf berücksichtigt werden. Der Bauablauf ist so zu planen, dass es für den Bauunternehmer keine Wartezeiten gibt. Sollte es zu Wartezeiten für den Bauunternehmer kommen ist dies in die Einheitspreise einzurechnen. Es können später keine Nachforderungen gestellt werden.
