The purpose of the public contract is to build new photovoltaic power plants (FVE) on the roofs of buildings and on open land, thereby replacing the consumption of electricity supplied from the distribution system from traditional sources with electricity produced within the installed renewable energy source. The installation will be carried out in the following stages: STAGE I: Photovoltaic power plant SLAVOS Slaný Háje center (hereinafter also referred to as "FVE Háje center"), STAGE II: Photovoltaic power plant in the ČOV Slaný-Blahotice complex (hereinafter also referred to as "FVE ČOV"). The subject of the public contract is the creation of the implementation documentation, as well as the complete, functional, and flawless supply of photovoltaic panels and the performance of all related construction and assembly work, including the supply of necessary materials, products, structures, and equipment necessary for the proper supply of an operational photovoltaic power plant and connection to the distribution network (DS), as well as ensuring all necessary permits. The work will be carried out in accordance with the tender documentation, especially the technical documents, which define the client's technical requirements for individual FVEs, their performance, and their presumed location on the roofs of individual objects or on land. (The client points out that Annex No. 9 – Construction Implementation Documentation defines the binding performance parameters of individual FVEs and their location. The client allows the participant to submit their own solution – the number, type, and location of panels, which will respect the maximum performance of the FVE. The supplier acknowledges and agrees that in their proposal, they must not deviate from the issued legally binding permits in a way that would require the implementation of an approval process – i.e., the location of the FVE and the land and objects affected by the implementation of individual FVEs, as described in the Construction Implementation Documentation, must not be changed.). The client's binding technical requirements are summarized in Annex No. 10 – Technical Specification. The subject of the public contract includes in particular: - preparation of implementation project documentation for both stages, which will be in accordance with the issued connection conditions of ČEZ and the issued building permit. Within the documentation, a declaration from the inverter manufacturer will be submitted stating that this device has implemented Q(U), P(U), and P(f) functions, - supply of photovoltaic panels, optimizers, inverters, structures, electrical installation materials, - implementation of all cable routes, - electrical installation and assembly work, - documentation of the actual work performed in paper and electronic form, - cooperation in issuing the occupancy permit/occupancy decision, - actions necessary to obtain relevant documents, permits, approvals, statements or licenses, inspections, carrying out test and trial operation including operator training, initial inspection, - in connection with the FVE installation, the supplier will provide documents and provide the client with the necessary cooperation and collaboration for the update of the Firefighting Documentation (including the approval process of the Fire Department), - ensuring the process of the first parallel connection of the power plants to the distribution system according to the current requirements of PDS (Annex No. 4 PPDS), - ensuring the issuance of UTP for the FVE Háje center, - ensuring the issuance of UPOS for the FVE ČOV, - ensuring the issuance of the Final Operating Notification (PDS), The client allows for partial fulfillment according to individual Stages.
