При изпълнение на настоящата обществена поръчка следва да се определи изпълнител на строително-монтажни работи по проект „Основен ремонт и рехабилитация на участък от общински път GAB 2275 в община Трявна“. В обхвата на предмета на обществената поръчка се предвижда изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи по проект „Основен ремонт и рехабилитация на участък от общински път GAB 2275 в община Трявна“, в това число: • изпълнение на строително – монтажни работи, включително доставка на суровини и материали, механизация, работна сила и всички услуги и дейности, необходими за изпълнение на строителството, в съответствие с техническата спецификация и количествените сметки; • гаранционна отговорност съобразно условията и изискванията на Наредба № 2 от 2003 г. за въвеждане в експлоатация на строежите в Република България и минимални гаранционни срокове за изпълнение на СМР, във връзка с чл.160, ал.4 и ал.5 от ЗУТ. Гаранционните срокове текат от деня на въвеждане на строителния обект в експлоатация. За обекта е изготвен, съгласуван и одобрен инвестиционен проект и е издадено Разрешение за строеж № 21 от 15.08.2026 г. на Главния архитект на Община Трявна, съгласно което строежът е трета категория. Пълната информация относно обхвата, обема и техническите изисквания към изпълнението на обществената поръчка са описани и регламентирани в Част II „Техническа спецификация“ и инвестиционния проект, неразделна част от документацията за участие.
