Description
Deze opdracht omvat de logistieke ondersteuning bij het inzetten van herbruikbare bekers en cateringmaterialen op evenementen van de stad Antwerpen. Het betreft het verhuren, reinigen en beheren van herbruikbare bekers (eventueel met RFID-tag) en cateringmateriaal, inclusief de coördinatie tijdens evenementen en de administratie na afloop. In deze opdracht zijn ook volgende zaken opgenomen: • de stockage van herbruikbare bekers, die eigendom zijn van de stad Antwerpen; • de levering van nieuwe bekers (eventueel met RFID-tag) ter vervanging van beschadigde en verloren exemplaren; • de levering van bartop-matjes voor RFID-registratie en het leveren van inzamelpunten met RFID-lezers voor automatische terugname van bekers en uitbetaling van waarborg, inclusief de installatie en afbraak.
