Die Gemeinde Isernhagen beabsichtigt, die Vergabe der außerschulischen Ganztagesbe-treuung auf Grundlage eines trilateralen Kooperationsvertrages und eines Kooperations-vertrages für die Ferienbetreuung an einen freien Träger. Die Grundschule Friedrich-Dierks-Schule ist eine zweizügige Grundschule im ländlichen Raum der Gemeinde Isern-hagen. Ab Sommer 2027 lernen in dieser Schule ca. 135 Schülerinnen und Schüler in 8 Klassen. Derzeit werden im angrenzenden Gebäude 40 Kinder im kommunalen Hort betreut. Dar-über hinaus gibt es ein ergänzendes Betreuungsangebot für weitere 40 Kinder vom Verein Elterninitiative Hausaufgabenbetreuung. Beide Betreuungsangebote sollen durch ein Ganztagsangebot ersetzt werden. Es ist vor-gesehen, den Ganztagsbetrieb zum Schuljahr 2027/2028 am Standort Isernhagen H.B. für alle vier Grundschuljahrgänge von einem externen Kooperationspartner durchführen zu lassen. Der Kooperationspartner übernimmt im Wesentlichen eigenverantwortlich die Trägerschaft und Koordinierung des offenen Ganztags mit einer verlässlichen Betreuung der Schülerin-nen und Schüler in Abstimmung mit der Schule und der Schulträgerin sowie die Durchfüh-rung von Angeboten, Arbeitsgemeinschaften, Hausaufgabenbetreuung, Gewährleistung einer Ferienbetreuung, Bereitstellung von Küchenpersonal für die Mittagsverpflegung (Re-generation, Ausgabe und Betreuung während des Essens) sowie Personalmanagement und Verwaltung mit eigenem Personal. Die Einhaltung der Vorgaben der jeweils gültigen Landesrichtlinien ist sicherzustellen. Weitere Informationen können der beigefügten Leistungsbeschreibung nebst Anlagen ent-nommen werden. Der Vertrag beginnt zum 01.08.2027 und wird für ein Schuljahr geschlossen. Er verlängert sich automatisch für das folgende Schuljahr, soweit nicht einer der Vertragspartner den Vertrag bis zum Ende des ersten Schulhalbjahres des aktuellen Schuljahres (31. Januar) zum Ende des Schuljahres kündigt. Die Höchstdauer der vertraglichen Zusammenarbeit beträgt 15 Jahre.
