OPEN PROCEDURE FOR THE AWARD OF THE SCHOOL CANTEEN SERVICE FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL, KINDERGARTEN, MUNICIPAL NURSERY AND SUMMER CAMPS FOR THE PERIOD FROM 01/09/2026 TO 31/08/2029 - ACADEMIC YEARS 2026-2027, 2027-2028 AND 2028-2029 WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF RENEWAL FROM 01/09/2029 TO 31/08/2031 - ACADEMIC YEARS 2029-2030 AND 2030-2031

The contract concerns the school canteen service for the Municipal Nursery, Kindergarten, Primary School, and Summer Camps to be carried out with its own autonomous organization of resources and means, including all activities necessary for the preparation, transport, and serving of meals to the users of the service itself, structured according to the following modalities: • Supply and distribution of meals reserved for children attending the Municipal Nursery and for educators/municipal staff on duty at the Municipal Nursery, for students, for teaching staff of Kindergartens and Primary Schools, as well as for other authorized users of the Racconigi Comprehensive Institute (in its various locations); • Supply and distribution of meals reserved for children enrolled in summer camps and for educators/staff responsible for their management; • Recording of the daily attendance numbers of students through a dedicated IT system; • Management of the unified municipal kitchen center at the Salvo d'Acquisto Kindergarten located in Racconigi - Corso Regina Elena n. 73; The Contracting Authority reserves the right to entrust the supply of additional meals/services, which become necessary during the contract, to different types of users, compared to those identified below in this specification, and for further activities promoted by the Municipality.
