Il presente affidamento ha per oggetto la riqualificazione tecnologica e l’ottimizzazione energetica ed elettrica della rete di illuminazione pubblica comunale (“Rete IP”) e degli edifici comunali (“Edifici”), mediante servizi al territorio e servizi per il sistema edificio/impianto. In particolare, formano oggetto del contratto: la predisposizione del progetto esecutivo; l’esecuzione degli interventi; la gestione degli impianti ed erogazione dei servizi; la manutenzione ordinaria sugli impianti e manutenzione straordinaria sugli impianti oggetto di intervento; la manutenzione straordinaria non conservativa a plafond; il supporto al concedente nella creazione di CER sul territorio e la gestione delle stesse; la fornitura dei vettori energetici.
