The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) requires a suitably qualified consultant to prepare an evidence ? based business case assessing options for investment in workers’ accommodation at Garrjang Village, Kununurra. The business case will inform government investment decision ? making and support DPIRD’s submission to the Expenditure Review Committee (ERC) for a funding decision as part of the State Budget Mid ? Year Review. The ERC submission must provide a detailed consideration of the costs and benefits of the proposed rebuild of Garrjang Village.
