Description

Die Deutsche Energy Terminal GmbH (nachfolgend "Auftraggeberin" oder "DET") schreibt die Lieferung von Erdgas einschließlich Portfoliobewirtschaftung und Bilanzkreismanagement mit Risikoübernahme für die Heizkesselanlage am Standort Brunsbüttel aus. Die interessierten Unternehmen werden aufgefordert, diese Verfahrensbedingungen sowie sämtliche weiteren Vergabeunterlagen sorgfältig zu sichten und auf Vollständigkeit, Lesbarkeit sowie Korrektheit zu prüfen. Treten etwaige Widersprüche innerhalb der Vergabeunterlagen auf oder sind diese Unterlagen nicht vollständig, wird um unverzügliche Mitteilung über die Vergabeplattform gebeten. Die DET ist Sektorenauftraggeberin gem. § 100 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 Gesetz gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen (GWB). Gegenstand des vorliegenden Auftrags ist die Beschaffung einer Lieferleistung mit Dienstleistungskomponente im Rahmen ihrer Sektorentätigkeit. Aus Gründen der besseren Lesbarkeit wird bei Personenbezeichnungen und personenbezogenen Hauptwörtern in dieser Unterlage und deren Anhängen die männliche Form verwendet. Diese gilt im Sinne der Gleichbehandlung grundsätzlich für alle Geschlechter. Die Auftraggeberin schreibt auf Basis der Leistungsbeschreibung (Anlage II) sowie der weiteren Vergabeunterlagen im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb die Lieferung von Erdgas einschließlich Portfoliobewirtschaftung und Bilanzkreismanagement (BKM) mit Risikoübernahme aus.
