⑹ Qualifications for participating in the bidding procedures Suppliers eligible for participation in the proposed bidding are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation Concerning the Contract for National Institutes for Cultural Heritage,
B have the Grade A, B or C qualification during fiscal 2026 in the Kinki area in offer of sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C have registered as conduct gas retail business of the Gas Business Act, Article 3,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Deputy Director, Kyoto National Museum.
