Services for the preparation of the engineering structure for streets (SK building group) - Karaimų and Vytauto streets, engineering networks (sewage disposal networks) in Trakai, and supervision of the project

Services for the preparation of the engineering structure for streets (communication engineering structures group) – Karaimų and Vytauto streets, engineering networks (sewage disposal networks) in Trakai, capital repair project (project proposals and technical work project) and project supervision. The project must be prepared and coordinated with the Developer (Client), project proposals must be published in accordance with legal acts (if required by legal acts). The project is being prepared in two stages: first, project proposals are prepared, based on which a building permit is issued, and later – a technical work project (as needed; after identifying valuable features). Other services described in the technical specification: prepare a report on topographic surveys; carry out design engineering geological and geotechnical surveys, obtain their report with the registration number of the surveys in the Land Subsurface Register and a copy of the letter from the Lithuanian Geological Service regarding the evaluation and acceptance of this report; obtain consent from landowners (if needed); after receiving comments from the institutions of general, special expertise and coordination IS Infostatyba, take into account and correct the solutions. Acting on behalf of the Client, the service provider obtains a building permit and all other approvals, confirmations, and permits necessary for the proper preparation of the technical work project and the subsequent execution of the Building construction, according to the prepared technical work project, and to carry out project supervision. The completion of the project is considered the positive expertise report of the Technical Work Project. Preliminary planned components of the Project: General part, Architectural part, Plot part, Communication part, Structural part, Water supply and sewage disposal (rain) part, Electrical lighting (if needed) part, Electrical part (ESO) (if needed), Greenery part (if needed), Heritage protection part. If valuable features are identified after conducting surveys – Renovation works project; Security alarm, surveillance cameras (if needed); Preparation for construction and construction works organization part. Additionally, perform: Organization of creative workshops (Inter-institutional meetings (TRSA, TINP, KPD)); Performing mandatory research; Research of historical material; Search for analogues in Europe (street integration, restoration in the city center, ensuring its function); Preparation of 23 street variants; their presentation, discussion and evaluation, selection of one variant – modeling from several variants; Presentation of the selected variant to the public. Project supervision services are provided during construction works.
