SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE ENGINEERING STRUCTURE OF STREETS (TRAFFIC INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP) – KARAIMŲ AND VYTAUTO STREETS, ENGINEERING NETWORKS (SEWAGE DISPOSAL NETWORKS) IN TRAKAI, AND SUPERVISION SERVICES

Taking into account the technical design assignment (attached), prepare the design proposals and technical working design for the engineering structure of streets (traffic infrastructure group) – Karaimų and Vytauto streets, engineering networks (sewage disposal networks) in Trakai, for capital repair, or the design – as required by legal acts, and provide project execution supervision services. The design must be prepared and coordinated with the Builder (Client), the design proposals prepared must be publicized in accordance with legal acts (if required by legal acts). Completion of the first stage - obtaining a building permit based on the design proposals (if required by legal acts). Before starting the design preparation, mandatory archaeological or other mandatory studies must be carried out, which will determine the scope of the design and the number of design stages. Later, mandatory special requirements and connection conditions must be obtained, other studies must be carried out, etc. Collect the necessary data for the Structure design. Prepare, coordinate with the Client, and transfer to the Client the complete design of the Structure planned to be built by the Client (hereinafter – the Design). Organize and carry out all work specified in the Contract and the technical assignment; organize Creative workshops; Inter-institutional meetings (TRSA, TINP, KPD); Mandatory studies (first study of location of burial sites and determination of valuable properties); Research of historical material; Search for analogues in Europe (operationalization of streets, restoration in the old town of cities, ensuring its function); Preparation of 2-3 street variants; their presentation, discussion and evaluation, selection of one variant – modeling from several variants; Presentation of the selected variant to the public; The design is prepared in two stages: first, design proposals are prepared, based on which a building permit is issued, then – the technical working design (as needed; after determining valuable properties); Project execution supervision services are provided during construction works; Other services described in the technical assignment; prepare a report on topographical surveys; carry out project engineering geological and geotechnical studies, obtain their report with the registration number of the studies in the Subsoil Register and a copy of the letter from the Lithuanian Geological Survey regarding the evaluation and acceptance of this report; obtain consent from landowners (if necessary); after receiving comments from the general, special expertise and coordination institutions in IS Infostatyba, take into account and correct the solutions. Acting on behalf of the Client, the service provider obtains a building permit and all other coordinations, approvals, and permits necessary for the proper preparation of the technical working design and subsequent execution of the Structure construction, according to the prepared technical working design, and performs project execution supervision. The completion of the project is considered the positive expertise report of the Technical Working Design.
