Die Leistungen umfassen die Gestellung, Lieferung, Abholung und Reinigung von Wäschestücken für das Büro- und Unterkunftsgebäude des Aus- und Fortbildungszentrums der Wasserstraßen- und Schifffahrtsverwaltung des Bundes (AFZ-WSV) in Hannover. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören insbesondere die wöchentliche Bereitstellung sauberer Wäsche sowie die Abholung und fachgerechte Reinigung der benutzten Wäsche unter Einhaltung von Umweltschutzvorschriften. Die Leistung umfasst folgende Wäschestücke: Spannbettlaken, Bettdeckenbezüge, Kopfkissenbezüge, Duschtücher, Handtücher sowie Wannenvorleger/Badematten. Der wöchentliche Bedarf beträgt mindestens ca. 100 Stück je Wäschestück und kann je nach Belegung auf bis zu ca. 150 Stück variieren.
