We zoeken een verbindend en strategisch ingestelde manager en regisseur met brede ervaring in het ruimtelijk domein. Het is belangrijk dat je een duidelijke visie hebt en je werkt graag integraal en resultaatgericht aan gebiedsontwikkelingen en transformatieopgaven. Je bent ook onderhandelingsvaardig in het contact met externe partijen. Je hebt meerjarige aantoonbare kennis van gebiedsontwikkeling. Opdrachtomschrijving: Als gebiedsontwikkelaar voer jij de regie op gebiedsontwikkelingen in de verschillende gebieden in onze gemeente, waaronder een aantal programmatisch aan te sturen woningbouwprojecten al of niet met maatschappelijke accommodaties en/of voorzieningen waaronder Sportpark Groenoord. Schagen heeft grote ambities waar de gebiedsontwikkelaar een belangrijke bijdrage aan levert. Deze ambities zijn uitgewerkt in een omgevingsvisie en het is aan jou om te zorgen dat er programmatisch diverse projecten worden aangestuurd. Het is belangrijk dat je werkt vanuit een integrale benadering aan fysieke en sociale projecten en jouw expertise hierin mee neemt. Via projectleiders stuur je alle samenhangende projecten in een programma aan. Je hebt veel ervaring met projectmatig werken en kan dit goed uitdragen aan jouw projectteamleden. Er zijn een aantal lopende projecten die op korte termijn programmatisch aangestuurd moeten worden. Hier heb jij als gebiedsontwikkelaar de lead in. Ook wordt er gewerkt aan nieuw op te zetten programma?s waarin jij een bijdrage gaat leveren. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega gebiedsontwikkelaars. En je adviseert de directie en het bestuur
