Experienced Civil Affairs Employee We are looking for an experienced Civil Affairs Employee who can be fully deployed for regular tasks for the Civil Affairs team, civil registry, processing of relocations and intake of immigration, letter address and corrections, and all tasks that regularly belong to the role of a Civil Affairs Employee. The candidate can be deployed immediately as an all-round employee in the back office within our team and knows what to do in the field. The all-round employee also participates in counter services for travel documents and civil registry declarations and declarations of (complex) relocations or letter address intake. Note: the work of our all-round employee excludes the work of the BRP specialist and address investigations (handled elsewhere in the organization). Training and experience in these areas do contribute to the quality of the work. You can be deployed immediately and fully independently in the following areas: Counter services (travel documents, driving licenses, VOG, extracts). Preparation for Civil Registry declarations. Processing of (complex) relocations, intake of letter addresses and immigration/(re)settlement. (if it appears that the offered candidate cannot be deployed immediately, the client reserves the right to terminate the engagement immediately) This assignment will be filled through a secondment-to-permanent arrangement with an initial secondment period of 9 months, after which the candidate, if performing well and a match, can be employed by the Municipality of Harderwijk. During the contract period, the candidate will follow additional modules and refresher training within the training budgets of the agency at NLQF level of the NVVB diploma line, with a focus on specialization in civil registry and identity documents. This is a requirement for the work at the Municipality of Harderwijk's Civil Affairs department. The focus is on contributing to the field at a high level with at least one specialization in the diploma line certificates to be broadly deployable in the field after one year. The Municipality of Harderwijk is building a renewed Civil Affairs team. We are looking for candidates who can contribute to our cultural change with a fresh, objective perspective. Given the current phase of the transition, in case of equal quality, regardless of price, preference will be given to candidates who bring an innovative perspective and have not previously worked in this specific context within the Civil Affairs team.
