Um die Attraktivität als Wohn- und Gewerbestandort auch in Zukunft sicher zu stellen, beabsichtigt die Gemeinde Bernried (nachfolgend "der Auftraggeber") die Breitbandversorgung in der Gemeinde weiter zu verbessern und so zu einer flächendeckenden Gigabit-Versorgung zu gelangen. Um diese Zielsetzung zu erreichen hat der Auftraggeber bereits die folgenden Verfahrensschritte im Rahmen des Gigabit-Förderprogramm des Bundes 2.0 (2025) durchlaufen: - Branchendialog - Markterkundungsverfahren - Einreichung Förderantrag Der Auftraggeber hat am 11.11.2025 den Bescheid über eine Zuwendung des Bundes für ein Wirtschaftlichkeitslückenmodell der Richtlinie "Förderung zur Unterstützung des Gigabitausbaus der Telekommunikationsnetze in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland" (Gigabit-Richtlinie 2.0) vom 13.01.2025 (Änderungsfassung) erhalten. Zielsetzung dieser Fördermaßnahme ist die Unterstützung eines effektiven und technologieneutralen Gigabitausbaus im Projektgebiet des Auftraggebers zur Errichtung zukunftsfähiger und konvergenter Gigabitnetze, die auch den künftigen Anforderungen der mobilen Gigabit-Gesellschaft gerecht werden. Die Gigabitnetze sollen zudem künftige Bedarfe von stationären und mobilen Anwendungen berücksichtigen, um den späteren Aufbau hierfür erforderlicher Anlagen (z.B. verdichtete Mobilfunkzellen) ohne größeren Aufwand realisieren zu können.
