Other information INSTITUTIONAL AND REPORTING ARRANGEMENTS A. Duration: Six (6) months from the date of notice to proceed/engagement. The consultancy may be renewed subject to the results of the performance assessment and compliance with agreed commitments. B. Work Arrangement: The consultancy shall be output-based. Payments shall be based on the timely submission and acceptance of agreed deliverables in accordance with the set timelines and payment schedules. C. Work Hours: Flexible work hours based on approved deliverables and schedule SUPERVISION AND REPORTING The Gender Specialist shall be under the direct supervision of the Deputy Program Manager and shall coordinate closely with the Strategy Management Division and other sections within NPMO for technical advisory inputs related to data collection and reporting processes. SALARY AND CONTRACT TERMS A. Rate: PhP 813,600. The total contract value for the duration of the consultancy. B. Contract type: Intermittent C. Payment Schedule: Based on Deliverables. D.
