Governors Island Corporation d/b/a The Trust for Governors Island (the Trust) is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide general construction services for the stabilization of Building 324 as described in the design documents prepared by the architect of record, Marble Fairbanks Architects. The Trust requests proposals that cover the full scope of services as outlined in Exhibit F  Design Documents, and Exhibit D  Contract Template including, but not limited to, hazardous material abatement, selective demolition, masonry replacement and restoration, structural repairs and site work.
