Die Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH beabsichtigt einen Generalplanervertrag für Architekten- und Ingenieurleistungen als Stufenvertrag in Anlehnung an die HOAI 2021 zu vergeben. Die Leistungen der Leistungsbilder umfassen dabei sowohl Grundleistungen, besondere Leistungen als auch zusätzliche Planungsleistungen.
