General planning services for the renovation of the bowling alley at the sports club in Merseburger Straße

The city administration plans the extensive renovation of the building section of the bowling alley according to the scope of services. Special requirement: For the entire planning, it must be considered that the connections and links to the remaining building sections (restaurant area, changing rooms, storage, heating), which are not the subject of this contract, must be included. The remaining building area is to be renovated and enlarged at a later date. The scope of the fee proposal also includes your expenses for the creation of two variants for the conversion and enlargement of the entire building complex as a basis for submitting a funding application (drawings, cost calculation according to cost groups). The accommodation of changing rooms and common areas for three sections of the club (football, chess, and bowling) is planned. --- The fee proposal must include all planning and construction-related services and their basic services, as well as ancillary costs, any renovation surcharges, and existing building fabric to be incorporated. The preparation of necessary documents and coordination with supervisory authorities and other state bodies will be carried out independently. The presentation of the measure in at least 2 committee meetings must be included in the offer. The basic services include the submission of 3 execution variants according to the same requirements and further support for the funding provider, if necessary. Planning services for building object planning and for technical equipment electrical installations are to be offered. --- Object Planning - Buildings LP 1-9 with all percentages according to HOAI HZ: III Structural Planning LP 1-6 with all percentages according to HOAI HZ: II Technical Equipment - HVAC LP 1-9 with all percentages according to HOAI HZ: II Technical Equipment - Electrical LP 1-9 with all percentages according to HOAI HZ: II --- Special Services: a) As-built survey as a basis for digital plan creation. The client has schematic floor plans and a section (PDF format). b) Sound insulation assessment for building permit. c) Thermal insulation certificate for building permit. d) Fire protection certificate for building permit. e) Creation of escape and rescue route plans. f) Creation of fire department plans. g) Creation of current as-built plans after completion of the construction measure in PDF and dxf/dwg format. h) Creation of a project sketch for the submission of a funding application for the entire building, including expansion - see point 2 special services. The project sketch includes the construction and project description, drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations, site plan), and a cost calculation according to DIN 276. --- The offer must be structured as follows: 1. Planning phases 1-3 including ancillary costs + Special services a) 2. Planning phases 4-9 including ancillary costs + Special services b) to h) Planning phases 1 to 3 according to HOAI will be awarded first. After completion of these services, the design plan will be presented to the building committee. Further commissioning of planning phases 4-9 is subject to the approval of the building committee and will be commissioned separately. 3. Ancillary costs must be included in the fee in accordance with § 14 of the Ordinance on Fees for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). 4.
