PR16365 // Die Generalsanierung des Kindergartens Sankt Christophorus in Percha umfasst die Einbindung einer zusätzlichen Kindergartengruppe in das bestehende L-förmige Gebäude aus den 1960er Jahren. Das Gebäude ist teils zweigeschossig mit Walmdach und teils eingeschossig mit Flachdach. Der zweigeschossige Teil verfügt über einen einfachen linienförmigen Balkon. Ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Sanierung ist die funktionale Aufnahme einer ehemaligen Wohnung im Obergeschoss, um Platz für die zusätzlich gewünschte Kindergartengruppe zu schaffen.
