Es handelt es sich um ein dreigeschossiges Gebäude auf einer Grundfläche von 1.600 m2, das als offenes Parkhaus ohne Anforderungen an die Feuerwiderstandsfähigkeit in einer verzinkten Stahlkonstruktion mit Stahl-Betonverbunddecken mit einer Kapazität von 1274 Fahrradstellplätzen und 63 Lastenradstellplätzen einschl. Ladeinfrastruktur errichtet wird. Die Fassaden des Gebäudes bestehen aus einem verzinkten und beschichteten Streckmetall und sind teilweise begrünt.
