Original language: GermanBaubeschreibung Im Hauptgebäude des UKA wird in den Etagen -3 und -4 ein ehemaliger Technikbereich zu einem Radiopharmakalabor zur Versorgung von Nuklearmedizin-Patienten umgebaut. Auf der Ostseite des Gebäudes wird direkt angrenzend an den Bestand in der Etage -5 ein unterirdischer Neubau errichtet, in dem mit Hilfe eines Zyklotrons Radionuklide zur Synthese von Radiopharmaka hergestellt werden. Ein oberirdischer Neubau mit einer Strahlenschutzschleuse verbindet den neuen Zyklotronbunker mit dem Laborbereich. Der Zugang zur Strahlenschutzschleuse erfolgt über einen vorhandenen Flur in der Etage-3 des Hauptgebäudes. Bunker und Strahlenschutzschleuse werden durch diverse Durchbrüche und Aussparungen an das Bestandsgebäude angebunden. Auf der Dachfläche des Hauptgebäudes werden Ventilatoren für die Abluft und Rauchableitung des Pharmakalabors errichtet. Der betroffene Teil der Dachfläche wird saniert. Die Fortluftkanäle werden an der Fassade hochgeführt. Neben dem oberirdischen Neubau wird vor Beginn der Baumaßnahme eine Technikfläche für einen neuen Sauerstofftank erstellt. Daneben entsteht dann die Aufstellfläche für Gasschränke, Kältemaschine und Rückkühlern aus dem Bestand. Eine für die Baumaßnahme erforderliche neue Baustelleneinrichtungsfläche wird vor Beginn der Arbeiten erstellt. Gegenstand des Leistungsverzeichnisses sind Leistungen als GU-Technik. Dies umfasst die Gewerke: - RLT-Anlagen - Entrauchung - Reinraum Systeme (Decken/Wände/Schleusenausstattung) mit Zubehör - Heizung/Kälte/Verrohrung WRG - Sanitäre Anlagen - Reingase/Druckluft - Gaswarnanlagen - Rohrpostanlage - Gebäudeautomation - Elektroinstallation Stark- und Schwachstrom - Brandfallsteueranlagen und Brandmeldeanlagen
