General Requirements

The Public Employment Service intends to procure labor market training for the occupation of healthcare assistant. This training aims to meet the labor market's need for trained healthcare and care personnel in the country. Society faces significant challenges regarding skills supply in healthcare and care. There are increasing demands for skills and documentation, which is one of several factors contributing to a shortage of trained personnel. This service includes language support. The language support shall provide the participant with the conditions to acquire all parts of the training and the professional language applicable to the relevant vocational outcome. Professional language is the language used within the relevant professional field, for example, technical terms, phrases, and ways of communicating. Language support shall be provided based on each participant's needs and conditions so that the objective of the entire training can be achieved. Job seekers from different target groups can participate in the training, and there may be a wide variation in background, conditions, and needs. The assignment therefore places high demands on the supplier's ability to flexibly design, coordinate, and adapt the training based on current labor market requirements, individual conditions, and needs to be able to benefit from the training. The announcement concerns five (5) delivery locations, where each delivery location constitutes a separate procurement.
