Udbuddet vedrører anskaffelse, implementering, applikationsdrift, vedligeholdelse og support af et dosismonitoreringssystem til udførelse af patientdosimetri inden for specialerne konventionel røntgen, mammografi, interventionsundersøgelser, CT, gennemlysning, DEXA og dental udstyr. Derudover udbydes en option på anskaffelse, implementering, applikationsdrift, vedligeholdelse og support af et modul til udførelse af patientdosimetri inden for nuklearmedicin. Dosismonitoreringssystemet skal imødekomme bekendtgørelse nr. 1387 af 18 november 2025 om patientdosimetri og diagnostiske referenceniveauer. Ordregiver ønsker at etablere en regional løsning til indsamling, behandling, analyse og rapportering af dosisdata på tværs af ca. 300 modalitetsenheder og op mod 700.000 årlige undersøgelser med forventet stigning. Løsningen skal understøtte arbejdsgange fra dataindsamling og validering til analyse, visualisering og rapportering, herunder statistisk analyse, anvendelse af diagnostiske referenceniveauer (DRL), alarmer ved tærskeloverskridelser samt kvalitetssikring. Systemet skal endvidere understøtte fleksibel databehandling, herunder korrektion, filtrering og eksport. Systemet implementeres som en on-premise løsning på ordregivers driftsplatform og integreres med eksisterende it-landskab, herunder modtagelse af data fra modaliteter via DICOM og fra PACS. Derudover omfatter udbuddet en option på integration til RIS via HL7 eller FHIR. Løsningen skal understøtte minimum 20 administratorer med samtidig adgang til systemet og 50 brugere med begrænset adgang. Udbuddet omfatter følgende hovedydelser: A. Leverancen: Levering og implementering af systemet, herunder integrationer. B. Løbende ydelser: Applikationsdrift, vedligeholdelse og support. C.
