Original language: daOrdregiver skal anskaffe nye affaldskurve i form af Mini-tårnkurve med 80L affaldsbeholdere til brug i affaldshåndteringen i Københavns Kommune. Mini-tårnkurven skal opstilles i det offentlige rum og fungere som en praktisk og holdbar løsning til indsamling af affald i byens gader og områder. Anskaffelsen omfatter produktion og levering af Mini-tårnkurven inklusivt 80L indsats med tilhørende akselforhøjer, der skal tilsikre at arbejdsmiljølovgivningen overholdes. Mini-tårnkurven skal indeholde en 80-liters standard affaldsbeholder jf. Bilag 1 Kravspecifikation.Rammeaftalen omfatter forventeligt mindst 2200 stk. komplette Mini-tårnkurve inkl. 80 liters EN840 beholder og akselforhøjer og op til forventeligt 3600 stk. komplette Mini-tårnkurve inkl. 80 liters EN840 beholder og akselforhøjer. De estimerede tal er ikke bindende. Rammeaftalen omfatter herudover option på følgende reservedele i aftalens løbetid: 80L standard affaldsbeholder (EN840) (1.000 stk.), Akselforhøjer (500 stk.), T-håndtag (250 stk.), montering af akselforhøjer på leverede 80L affaldsbeholdere. Ordregiver har ikke opdelt Rammeaftalen i delaftaler, idet Ordregiver vurderer at kunne opnå stordriftsfordele ved ikke at foretage opdeling. Det vurderes at være økonomisk uhensigtsmæssigt at fordele initialomkostninger på flere delaftaler og derved flere produktionsforløb. Hastighed på Leverancekrav fremgår af Bilag 6 Leveringsplan.Ordregiver ønsker at indgå Rammeaftalen med en leverandør, der har erfaring med produktion og levering af sammenlignelige komplette udendørs affaldsbeholdere, der er egnet til placering i det offentlige byrum og til håndtering af affald i byens gader og områder. Et succesfyldt samarbejde forudsætter, at den kommende leverandør sikres at have de nødvendige produktionsmæssige og kvalitetsmæssige kompetencer til at producere og levere op til forventeligt 3600 stk. komplette Mini-tårnkurve.Desuden er det afgørende, at den kommende leverandør har logistisk kapacitet til at levere sammenligneligt byudstyr i det omfang og med den leveringshastighed, der er sammenlignelig og nødvendig for gennemførelsen af Rammeaftalens leveringsplan, jf. Bilag 6.
