Die SBB verantwortet den Gepäcktransport im Kanton Graubünden ebenfalls im Gebiet der Rhätischen Bahn und möchte in Ergänzung zu der SBB-eigenen Leistungserbringung, Teile der Gepäcklogistik an einen Dienstleister auslagern. Folgende Leistungen sind zu erbringen: Gruppengepäcktransporte Tür zu Tür primär im Kanton Graubünden und der Ostschweiz. Gepäcktour Chur – Arosa jeweils von April bis Dezember mit kurzfristiger Beauftragung. Lieferwagentour Chur – Oberengadin geplant oder mit kurzfristiger Beauftragung. Diverse geplante Entlastungstransporte jeweils zwischen Dezember und März. Diverse Transporte primär im Kanton Graubünden mit kurzfristiger Beauftragung.
