General Renovation of Auenfeld Barracks, Wpl Frauenfeld, 1st and 3rd Stages BKP 244.9 Ventilation Systems (Command Building NK)

This tender concerns the comprehensive renovation and expansion of the command building at Auenfeld Barracks in Frauenfeld, specifically focusing on ventilation systems (BKP 244.9). The project involves two main phases: the first stage (ET1) entails adding two stories to the existing reinforced concrete skeleton structure, which was built in 2000. Additionally, a simple air conditioning system for offices is included (7,510 m3/h), bringing the total air volume to 32,660 m3/h. The project aims to significantly enhance the building's functionality and environmental conditions.
