Le présent marché est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commandes, ayant pour objet la fourniture d'une Solution permettant la gestion de la présence d'ARTE sur le numérique, incluant ARTE France, ARTE GEIE, ARTE Deutschland ainsi que, le cas échéant, toute entité affiliée ou partenaire du groupe ARTE, notamment sur les réseaux sociaux, afin de : - simplifier et unifier le process de publishing sur les différents réseaux sur lesquels ARTE est présent ; - optimiser le taggage des contenus diffusés, et ainsi leur suivi ; - simplifier le traitement des données quantitatives relevées sur les différents réseaux sociaux, et exploiter le taggage des contenus diffusés ; - mettre en place une veille des conversations sur la marque et les programmes d'ARTE, de sa concurrence, et de sujets affinitaires pour ARTE ; Tranches optionnelles obligatoires : o simplifier la sponsorisation des publications sur les réseaux sociaux, qu'elles aient été publiées en natif sur chacun des réseaux, ou diffusées via l'outil de publishing proposé par le candidat (cf article 5.4 du présent Cahier des Clauses Techniques) ; o pouvoir se connecter à l'API de la Solution simplement avec des outils tiers via des interfaces standardisées (cf articles 5.5 et 5.6 du Cahier des Clauses Techniques).
