They shall include packaging at origin, transport, unpacking and, depending on the specific needs of the case or the conditions indicated by the provider, the placement/installation of the works of art that are the object of the service. In relation to human resources, bidders shall provide a work deployment plan, including the estimated transport time (schedule), the teams of personnel, personnel managers, with direct telephone numbers (contact person), tools, vehicles to be used, work programming, duration in hours of the same, transport volume per day, date of partial moves by days, and any other relevant aspects considered. Transport shall be carried out under maximum security conditions, in a vehicle protected against theft. Bidders shall contract "nail-to-nail" insurance for all pieces that are the object of the required service. At all times, the personnel of the awarded company shall proceed following the instructions of the Vice-Rectorate of Culture and Heritage, as well as those of the different providers regarding the correct handling of the works of art that are the object of the service. Nevertheless, the contractor shall be responsible for the control and supervision of the personnel providing the service. Bidders shall manage the travel and accommodation of the couriers, when the provider of the works of art that are the object of the service so requires, both for the collection and return of the pieces, and for the strictly necessary time for the function to be performed by them in accompanying and supervising their arrival at their destination. Likewise, the possibility that it may be necessary to coordinate the escort service that may be required by some public institution is contemplated.
