Original language: GermanDer Schulcampus der Gewerblichen Schulen Donaueschingen besteht aus drei Gebäudeteilen. Gebäude B, erbaut 1980/81, weist altersbedingte Mängel auf. Die Stahlbetonkonstruktion mit vorgehängten Sichtbetonelementen und veralteter Dämmung entspricht nicht mehr heutigen Standards. Das Hauptdach des Theoriegebäudes ist ein Flachdach mit Lichtkuppeln und PV-Anlage, die erneuert wird. Die Werkstattbereiche haben Sheddächer, die durch Wasserschäden beeinträchtigt sind. Diese werden durch ein Flachdach mit PV-Anlage und Oberlichtern ersetzt. Die Außenhülle wurde bisher nicht umfassend saniert und entspricht nicht mehr aktuellen energetischen Anforderungen. Die Sichtbeton-Vorhangfassade soll durch eine moderne Holzfassade ersetzt werden. Im Innenbereich konzentriert sich die Sanierung auf Schadstoff- und Brandschutz sowie die Erneuerung der Elektrotechnik, einschließlich EDV-Verkabelung, LED-Beleuchtung und KNX-Steuerung. Leistungsumfang: Baustelleneinrichtung, zusätzliche Baustelleneinrichtung infolge Etappierung Schützen der bestehenden Bausubstanz, anschließend Reinigung allfällig Verschmutzung an Wand, Böden und Decken. Div. Sägeschnitte in Stahlbetonträger, Fensterbrüstungen, Türöffnungen in Stahlbetonwände. Rückbauarbeiten der Sheddach-Dreiecke. Bodenplatte schneiden. Div. Vertikale u. Horizontale Kernbohrungen
