Netzebene 4 oder NE4) in den Beständen errichten und diese Glasfaser-NE4 ebenfalls an seine vorgelagerten FTTB-Zuführungsnetze der Netzebene 3 anbinden, der Konzessionsnehmer übernimmt während der Vertragslaufzeit Betrieb, Service, Wartung und Administration der neu errichteten Glasfaser-NE4.
