State of Saxony-Anhalt: University Hospital Magdeburg A.ö.R., TM1: New Heart Center Construction - KKE082 - External Facilities, Construction Phase 5 (NML 478-24)

This tender concerns the construction of external facilities for the new Heart Center at the University Hospital Magdeburg A.ö.R., as part of Construction Phase 5 (NML 478-24). The scope of work is comprehensive and includes several key areas. Initially, it requires site setup, traffic management, and auxiliary services. Following this, demolition and dismantling activities will take place, involving the removal of approximately 3,050m² of asphalt surfacing, 2,100m² of paving, and 550m of kerbstones, along with the clearance of 7,000m² of debris. Additionally, the tender includes the construction of retaining walls and steps, the installation of 178m of retaining wall elements, and the creation of raised beds from concrete elements (145m length, 0.80m height). Fencing works involve building 30m of visible masonry using VMZ clinker bricks and installing one sliding gate. Underground utilities are also a major component, with excavation for and installation of 810m of foul water pipes (DN 100 to 400) and 10m of drinking water pipes (da=110). Other underground works include the installation of 1,480m of cable protection pipes (DN 110). Finally, the project concludes with landscaping and greening, including 11 tree plantings, 750 shrub plantings, ground cover, and the establishment of 2,000m² of lawn areas.
