Shortlisting will consider: relevant organisational experience of education-sector strategy assignments; demonstrated ability to provide the required range of suitably qualified staff; and managerial and organisational capabilities for the timetable and hybrid consultation requirements. Key experts will not be evaluated at shortlisting stage. The deadline for receipt of EOIs is Wednesday, 21 October 2026 no later than 4:00 PM (AST/GMT-4).
