Bidders are requested to register their name and contact details by email at the address in (A) below, so that they receive any clarifications and addenda that may be issued. Requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to address (A) below no later than 19 November 2026. Responses will be sent to all Bidders who have obtained the bidding document, without identifying the source of the request. Bids must be delivered to address (B) below on or before 1:00 p.m. Bids may be submitted in hard copy or electronically. Electronic Bids must be sent to as password-protected PDF files; the password must be sent to the same address within thirty (30) minutes after the submission deadline. (local time) on Thursday, 3 December 2026, in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at address (B) below and by online video conference. The link will be sent to all Bidders who have registered. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of US$15,000 for Lot 1 and US$2,500 for Lot 2, or the equivalent in a freely convertible currency. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful Bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form included in the bidding document. The World Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines and its sanctions policies and procedures apply to this procurement.
