Government of Yukon intends to establish a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with qualified forestry professionals to provide forest technician and forest monitoring to assist with forestry and fuel abatement projects throughout the territory. This RFQ will provide a list of professionals to the Government of Yukon to be valid for three years, expiring in June 2027. Wildland Fire Management and Forest Management Branch are seeking qualified contractors to provide seven types of forest technician and forest monitoring services . This is the onboarding process for the initial prequalification list resulting from RFQ-2024-4-3553. In line with the terms of the initial RFQ, Part F: Terms of Qualified Source List (Section 6.1), the Owner is providing an opportunity for Respondents to qualify and to be added to the PQL. Respondents that were successfully added to the PQL, through the original RFQ-2024-4-3553 process or any subsequent onboarding, do not need to re-apply.
