Original language: csPředmětem veřejné zakázky (dále také „VZ“) je zajištění dílčího plnění – dodávek pleteného zboží (čepic s lemem, šál šedých a rukavic šedých) pro odsouzené osoby na základě uzavřené rámcové dohody na dobu 4 let od nabytí její účinnosti. RD uzavře zadavatel v souladu s § 132 odst. 3 písm. b) zákona s jedním vybraným dodavatelem, a to na dobu 4 let od uzavření RD, nebo do vyčerpání finančního limitu RD. Podpisy RD zajistí smluvní strany výhradně platným elektronickým podpisem oprávněného zástupce
