Die ENNI Energie & Umwelt Niederrhein GmbH (nachfolgend: "Auftraggeber") beabsichtigt die Errichtung eines Großbatteriespeichers in Neukirchen-Vluyn (nachfolgend: "Projekt UA Neukirchen"). Im Zuge des Projekts soll ein Batterie-Energiespeichersystem (BESS) beschafft werden, dass in Deutschland mit einer Energiekapazität von 50MWh und 24MW eingesetzt werden soll. Das Projekt wird über eine vom Auftraggeber bereitgestellte 10kV-Zuleitung an das Stromübertragungssystem des Netzbetreibers angeschlossen.
