Group Purchase Framework Agreement for the Execution of Various Electrical Works

This group purchase tender concerns the establishment of a framework agreement with a single contractor for the execution of various electrical works. The agreement will have a duration of 48 months and will be applicable to public authorities located within the operational area of IOK, which are also members of the IOK inter-municipal purchasing service, as detailed in Appendix C. This is a non-exclusive framework agreement, meaning there is no obligation to purchase. Consequently, even after IOK, the contracting authority, awards and concludes this framework agreement based on the present tender documents, the aforementioned authorities remain free to place orders with other suppliers during the contract's term or to place no orders at all. The contractor will not be entitled to claim any compensation for this. The scope of work includes a variety of electrical installations and maintenance tasks required by the participating public entities. Interested parties are expected to demonstrate their capacity and experience in handling diverse electrical projects for public sector clients. The tender process will assess proposals based on technical capabilities, proposed methodologies, and potentially pricing structures for the various electrical services that may be required under the framework agreement.
