Met deze aanbesteding wil opdrachtgever met één (1) contractant tot een raamovereenkomst komen voor het leveren en vervangen van ongeveer 10.000 paaltoparmaturen en 7.000 kofferarmaturen. Aanleiding hiervoor is dat een aanzienlijk deel van de openbare verlichting van de gemeente in de periode t/m 2030 grootschalig wordt vervangen of opgewaardeerd. Dit betekent het vervangen van bestaande armaturen door nieuwe led-armaturen. Dit zal worden vertaald in projecten die worden uitgevoerd op basis van deze raamovereenkomst. Met deze aanbesteding wil opdrachtgever met één (1) contractant tot een raamovereenkomst komen voor het leveren en vervangen van ongeveer 10.000 paaltoparmaturen en 7.000 kofferarmaturen. De geraamde waarde van de raamovereenkomst bedraagt op basis van regulier beschikbaar budget en historische gegevens van opdrachtgever ongeveer € 2.950.000,00 excl. btw, per jaar. Bij een looptijd van de raamovereenkomst van vier (4) jaar en zes (6) maanden komt dit neer op € 13.500.000,00 excl. btw. Hieraan kunnen inschrijvers geen rechten ontlenen.
