Governors Island Corporation d/b/a The Trust for Governors Island (the Trust) invites interested parties (Respondents or Respondent Teams) to submit expressions of interest in ground leasing, rehabilitating, and operating Building 324 and/or Building 330 on Governors Island (together, the Buildings). Through this RFEI, the Trust is seeking creative ideas from prospective partners interested in revitalizing these neighboring historic assets, bringing them back into active, year-round use.
