Beauftragung Für die Umsetzung des Projekts, ist die Beauftragung der Grundleistungen der Tragwerksplanung gemäß § 51 HOAI 2013 in den Leistungsphasen 1-6, sowie nach Erfordernis, ggf. Besonderer Leistungen in der Leistungsphase 8 vorgesehen. Die Beauftragung erfolgt vorbehaltlich einer stufenweisen Vergabe im Rahmen der haushaltsrechtlichen Vorschriften. Leistungsphasen, die nicht unmittelbar mit Vertragsabschluss vergeben werden, stehen unter aufschiebender Bedingung. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, die Beauftragung auf Teilleistungen einzelner Leistungsphasen oder auf einzelne Bauabschnitte zu beschränken. Bei Fortsetzung der Planung und Ausführung sollen weitere Leistungen – einzeln oder im Ganzen – abgerufen werden. Ein Anspruch auf die Vergabe zusätzlicher Leistungsphasen besteht nicht.
