Green area maintenance / Green maintenance: This includes the professional maintenance and upkeep of all vegetation areas, lawns, perennial beds and shrub areas, as well as other green spaces. The goal is to maintain the vitality, ecological function and design quality of the areas. In addition to regularly recurring maintenance measures, seasonal and weather-dependent work must also be considered. Grey area cleaning / Grey area maintenance: The subject of this service area is the cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of all paved surfaces, especially paths, squares, driveways, parking areas and other traffic areas. The goal is to ensure a permanently clean, tidy and safe condition, taking into account local street cleaning regulations and bylaws. Winter service: The winter service is intended to ensure traffic safety on sidewalks, access paths, driveways, parking spaces and other relevant areas during the specified season. This includes, in particular, snow removal and gritting in icy conditions, in compliance with legal clearing and gritting obligations as well as relevant municipal bylaws. The contractor must perform all services professionally, properly, and in accordance with the generally recognized rules of technology. The basis for this includes, among other things, the relevant legal provisions, ordinances and bylaws, accident prevention regulations, and the client's specifications. In particular, it is expected that the contractor: - carries out all services with suitable, professionally trained and adequately sized personnel, - uses modern, efficient, and preferably low-emission machinery and equipment, - uses maintenance, cleaning, and gritting agents that comply with current environmental regulations, - limits the consumption of resources (e.g., water, energy, gritting agents) to the necessary minimum, - considers measures for the protection of flora and fauna and avoids environmental damage, - ensures continuous quality assurance and regular self-monitoring of the services provided. A further essential component of service provision is complete, transparent, and traceable documentation. This should include, in particular, information on the type, scope, time, and location of the work performed and should be made available to the client upon request.
