Ausführung der Grünpflege (auf ca. 34.100 m²), Kehrdienst (auf ca. 29.300 m²) und Sportplatzpflege (auf ca. 10.400 m²) in der HÖMS, Schönbergstraße 100, 65199 Wiesbaden für den Landesbetrieb Bau und Immobilien Hessen (LBIH), Niederlassung West. Zum Leistungsumfang der Grünpflege gehören unter anderem: Das Mähen der Rasenfläche; die fachgerechte Pflege der Pflanzfläche, Rosenrabatten fachgerecht pflegen und schneiden, Säuberung Traufstreifen Heckenschnitt. Zum Leistungsumfang des Kehrdienstes gehören unter anderem: Die Reinigung/Kehren der öffentlichen Flächen, Parklpätze, Gehwege mit Flugmüllbeseitigung und Wildkrautbekämpfung; Reinigung von Rinnen (43 lfdm), Lichtschächten (218 Stk.), Gullys (123 Stk.), sowe die Leerung und Reinigung der Aschenbecher (35 Stk.). Zum Leistungsumfang der Sportplatzpflege gehört: Entfernung und Entsorgung von aufliegenden Verschmutzungen von der Gesamtfläche (ca. 10.400 m²), Entfernen und Entsorgen von Verschmutzungen, unerwünschtem Aufwuchs, Unrat , Laub usw. aus den Sand- und Schotterflächen in den Innenkurven der Anlage, sowie Überprüfung und reinigung der Überlaufkösten an der Tartanbahn und dem Volleyball- und Weitsprungfeld (36 Stk. und 77 lfdm).
